7-day return window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. The bottle must be unopened with the original seal intact.
How to request a refund
Contact us via the contact form on our website or message us on WhatsApp. Provide your order number and the reason for the refund. We will reply within 1 working day with return instructions.
When you receive your money back
Once we receive and inspect the returned bottle, we credit the refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Card refunds may take an additional bank processing day to appear in your statement.
Damaged or defective products
If the bottle arrives damaged or you believe the product is defective, contact us immediately with a photo. We will replace the product or refund you in full at our discretion. No need to return a damaged bottle.
Items we cannot refund
Opened bottles cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons. Bottles past the 7-day return window are not eligible. Sale items and bundle discounts apply to the bundle as a whole, not to individual bottles within the bundle.
