Volt Culture Pvt Ltd — Effective April 2026

1. About Us

Volt Culture Pvt Ltd operates at shop.volt-culture.com and volt-culture.com. We make one product: Ashwagandha Root Extract 500mg, standardised to 5% withanolides. All orders are fulfilled and delivered island-wide in Sri Lanka. Registered address: 451 Meerigama Road, Negombo.

2. Orders and Payment

We operate on a pay-on-delivery model. You do not pay anything upfront. Payment is collected in cash by the delivery rider when your order arrives at your door. If the order does not arrive, you owe nothing.

Orders are confirmed by SMS or WhatsApp after placement. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at info@volt-culture.com or WhatsApp +94 76 300 6454.

3. Delivery

Free delivery island-wide. Standard delivery is 2 to 4 working days. Delivery times may vary for outstations. You will be contacted by the delivery team before arrival. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt redelivery or arrange a suitable time.

4. Returns and Refunds

We handle every complaint directly and personally. Contact us as soon as an issue arises.

Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will resend or refund in full.
Order not delivered: If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, contact us for a full reorder or refund.
Any other issue: Contact us. We will assess each case individually and respond within 24 hours.

5. Product Use and Disclaimer

Volt Culture Ashwagandha supports stress management and sleep quality. It is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medication (particularly thyroid medication, immunosuppressants, or sedatives), consult your physician before use.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

6. Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, and delivery address to fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your contact details may be used to confirm your order, arrange delivery, and send product updates if you have opted in.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan consumer protection law.
